1.The large size crusher gypsum material is broken into less than 30mm granule by crushers. Then be delivered to the grinding mill.
2.Gypsum powder production line adopts domestic mature and advanced process and equipment's, such as vertical mill and boiling furnace etc.
3.The qualified gypsum powder, which reaches required fineness, could pass separator and is transported into boiling furnace by air to be calcined. The rest big powder would return mill again. Boiling furnace is the most widely used equipment  in building gypsum process industry. The virtue is its simple structure and easy operation.
4.Calcined gypsum powder would be stored by silo or packed by bags for sale, or transported into following workshop directly.

1. Construction field;
It is used as an attached material in construction. It will be also added to wooden supports as it form effective barrier against fire . In addition , it is used in protecting  structural frames so as not to lose its durability  due  to high  temperatures . it will be also added to cement at 6.3% for inhibiting its flash setting.
2. Decoration and topping works;
a- Painting and plastering ceilings and interior walls : As it has the advantageous of long lifetime in paints, it is used also in fabricating plaster used in plastering.
b- Gypsum is used as wall adhesive : it is used also in fabricating adhesive walls- suspended ceilings- wall liners- partitions , separators as well as thermal walls.
3. Sanitary ware fabrication;
Gypsum alpha is used in fabricating master molds and sanitary ware gypsum is used in fabricating sanitary ware molds.
4. Medical Field;
Calcined Gypsum (P.O.P) is used in making splints fractures. While Gypsum Alpha is used in denture molds.
5. Agricultures field;
Raw Gypsum is used in improving soil properties as it compensates decrease in calcium for the soil . it is used also in treatment of harmful salts and alkaline presents in the soil.
6. Another fields;
- Glass industry to facilitate gas expulsion.
- Paints and glue industry.
- Paper filler.
- Lime industry.
- Sulfuric acid industry.
- Composing clay used in oil drilling process.
- Fabricating of sound insulating walls.
- Manufacturing of figuration gypsum needed for status, ceramic and decoration.
- Manufacturing thermal gypsum which is for casting chandelier’s frames.
- It is used in producing ammonia sulfate which is used as natural fertilizer when putting gypsum containing.
